These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using the SaGa Dancers Studio website and purchasing our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or purchasing any services from SaGa Dancers Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our services.
2. Services
SaGa Dancers Studio offers group classes, private lessons, wedding dance instruction, workshops, social dance events, and online lessons. Availability, schedules, and pricing may change without notice.
3. Registration and Payment
Registrations and lesson purchases are completed through Square or other approved payment methods. Payment is generally required before participation unless otherwise arranged.
4. Private Lesson Cancellations
Private lessons may be canceled or rescheduled without charge when at least 48 hours' notice is provided. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in emergencies or at the sole discretion of SaGa Dancers Studio.
5. Group Classes and Workshops
Group class, workshop, and event registrations are generally non-refundable unless canceled by SaGa Dancers Studio.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refund may only be processed if the lesson/event is cancelled by the instructor.
7. Assumption of Risk
Dance is a physical activity. By participating, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with dance instruction and agree to participate only if medically able.
8. Limitation of Liability
SaGa Dancers Studio and its instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages arising from participation except where required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and videos, is the property of SaGa Dancers Studio or used with permission and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
11. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed through Square. Certain website features may rely on third-party providers such as Resend or Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
13. Changes
SaGa Dancers Studio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
